Oshrat became part of the TIPA team in 2022, bringing with her a rich background of over 15 years in digital marketing, content creation, and public relations within international settings.
Before joining TIPA, she excelled as a spokesperson and digital media manager across several worldwide organizations.
She holds both MA and BA degrees in Communications from Bar Ilan University and Tel Aviv University.
