Littering is never a good idea. If you want to dispose of your tea pack packaging, do it the right way, by placing it in a location suitable for composting such as home composter or organic waste bin, if your local waste treatment center accepts compostable packaging. Over there it will fully decompose, becoming a rich nutrient compost.
TIPA’s tea packs are compostable, and will biodegrade under compost conditions. The conditions in this environment will trigger the pack to decompose into water, CO2, and organic matter, eventually becoming a rich nutrient compost within 180 days.
