Nina Novik joined TIPA in 2022. She brings a decade of experience in leading R&D and material reliability in multidisciplinary environments.
Prior to TIPA, Nina served as head of materials department in the elite technological unit at the IDF, ranked major.
Nina’s background includes M.Sc in Chemistry from Bar-Ilan University, and B.Sc in Chemistry from Tel-Aviv University.
